Excursions are insured and carried out with a minimum of 10 participants.

A final confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on the day the minimum number of participants is reached for the booked excursion. He will report: name of the excursion, date, time and place of departure and he will serve as proof of the convocation voucher to be presented to the guide on the day.

In the event of cancellation by the customer after a final confirmation e-mail, the customer cancellation conditions will be applied.

Cancellation by the Organizer:

Excursions can be canceled two days before departure (48 hours in advance) by the organizer if the minimum is not reached.

. The organizer reserves the right to cancel a departure in case of force majeure, (influenza pandemic, riots and others) and this until the day before departure (12/24 hours before departure)

In these cases, participants will be offered to choose between: registration for another excursion already confirmed (subject to availability) or postponement to another date (subject to availability) or full refund. In the choice of reimbursement, this will be made by bank check / transfer within eight days of the cancellation

Cancellations by the client (s):

They will only be taken into account on working days (Monday to Friday, during the opening hours of our reservation offices), until the day before departure (48 hours working days) and confirmed by the customer via e-mail to email: contact@culture-balades-france.com
